Designing a Scalable Knowledge Experience

A technical industry organization had an extensive ecosystem of educational content, but no centralized resource for users who needed to quickly understand specialized terminology.

AIMG proposed creating an entirely new glossary experience. I was responsible for defining how it would work from the ground up, including the information architecture, discovery model, category structure, term-page experience, content hierarchy, wireframes, and interaction patterns.

I also worked closely with development through implementation to make sure the system could scale as the resource continued to grow.
