Motiv

Motiv is a personal mobile product concept I created when I first started learning UX design. The experience explores how job seekers could discover more relevant opportunities, stay organized throughout their search, and create more meaningful connections with potential employers.

The project was grounded in user research and includes personalized job discovery, application tracking, introduction videos, and informal networking features designed to make the job search feel less transactional.
