PROJECT OVERVIEW

Background

For a client, I identified a critical need to improve ACCA's training resource accessibility. With a diverse range of educational offerings across multiple formats (in-person, live virtual, and on-demand), ACCA needed a more efficient way to connect their members with relevant professional development opportunities. The existing system lacked organization and clear pathways to discovery, making it challenging for members to find and access the training they needed.

Problem

Members struggled to navigate ACCA's extensive training catalog, which was scattered across multiple pages with no unified organization. This fragmented structure meant users had to jump between different sections of the website to compare training options and formats. The lack of a centralized hub and filtering system created unnecessary friction in the professional development journey, potentially causing members to miss valuable educational opportunities.

Impact

The redesigned Training Resource Hub transformed how members discover and access professional development opportunities. The new filtering system and organized tagging structure significantly reduced search time and improved the visibility of available training options. By implementing strategic CTAs and intuitive navigation, the hub not only simplified the user experience but also increased engagement with ACCA's educational offerings.
